HEHE My Latest Kawaii-ish Theme

INSTRUCTIONS:
Click Customize Site
THEN on the yellow strip choose Choose A Theme
After that Look and Click the OUTBURST THEME
Now your layout is color white and orange, very nice , Click again Customize Site
This time Click Custom CSS
Now First Make Sure you have copied the codes and now Insert the code inside the box then hit Save
Isn't that easy?????
